UK postage information

UK P&P for all orders is included free of charge.

Please allow up to 28 days for UK delivery, if you have a need for your order to be processed and delivered more urgently please include this request within the additional information box at the checkout. We will endeavour to meet all such requests but cannot guarantee to do so. By agreeing to purchase you accept that we may not meet any deadlines and Dual Aspect Photography will not be held liable for any financial or other loss arising from a deadline being exceeded.

Non Uk postage information

To keep our charging structure simple P&P outside of UK is chargeable at the following set rates per order regardless of the size and weight of the package:

All mainland European destinations - £8.00 per order

All other non-European destinations - £15.00 per order

The above prices are for Royal Mail international signed for small packet overseas service by airmail. Please allow up to an additional 5 working days for the goods to reach you.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check if your purchase will be subject to any local taxes or charges for goods imported from overseas. The above postal charges do not include any additional import costs that you may incur.

Returning goods

Returns will only be accepted for faulty goods or goods which do not accurately match the product described and / or the product options selected. Please note that due to variations in monitor brightness, colour and contrast settings the actual printed material may differ from that displayed on your computer screen, and we cannot be held accountable for this. Our prints are produced to the highest standard and are quality control inspected before despatch in order to ensure that they meet our own standards of faithful reproduction of the original image.

In genuine cases of the product being below standard or damaged a replacement item will be provided following return of the original product to us for inspection. This may take a further 28 days to complete this process, but we will endeavour to provide a replacement much quicker than this.

Alternatively, on request, a full refund of the product costs will be made if this is preferred, this full refund will include postage for the item to be returned by the customer to Dual Aspect Photography for inspection. No refunds will be made without the product being returned to us for our inspection.

In all cases product returns must be made by secure postage with a signature being required upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of any returns which are not sent by secure / insured postal methods and no refunds or replacements will be made if the original goods are not received by our office.
